Updated 18 October 2026 · Version 2026-10-18

Our business and the Loop service

Bright Star Traders, established in 2020, is a general trading business whose activities include IT services and digital products. Vibe&Craft (https://www.vibeandcraft.com) is the brand through which it provides those services and products. Loop is a digital product operated by Bright Star Traders through Vibe&Craft, from Punjab, Pakistan.

Loop’s copyright notice identifies the publication period of its platform materials, beginning in 2026. The business’s establishment date remains 2020.

Copyright notice and scope

© 2026 Bright Star Traders. All rights reserved.

This reservation covers only rights that Bright Star Traders holds in original Loop platform materials, including protectable software, written material, original graphics and visual assets. Other materials may be licensed to the operator and remain owned by their respective rights holders. It does not claim ownership of all material available through Loop.

Copyright protects qualifying expression. This notice does not claim exclusive copyright in a general social-networking idea, a participation concept, a method of operation, or material in the public domain. It is an ownership notice, not a certificate of copyright or trademark registration.

Using platform materials

You may access and use Loop through its available features as the Terms of Service permit. That access does not transfer ownership of platform materials. Reproducing, adapting, distributing, selling or commercially reusing protected platform materials outside the available permission requires authorization from the relevant rights holder, except where applicable law or a third-party licence permits the use. Attribution alone does not replace permission where permission is required.

Nothing here removes lawful copyright exceptions, fair dealing where applicable, mandatory user rights, or rights granted by an applicable open-source or other third-party licence. A separate written licence may provide additional permissions for a particular use.

Your content remains yours

Members and other contributors retain the rights they hold in their Loops, responses, photographs, text and other submissions. Publishing on Loop does not assign their copyright to Bright Star Traders or Vibe&Craft. The service uses member content only under the permissions described in the Terms of Service and applicable law, including the permissions needed to operate the service and generate shared results.

Submit only material you are entitled to use. A public post, an Unlisted link, a contribution to a shared result or an attribution is not a general licence for others to copy or commercially exploit the work. Before reusing another member’s work, obtain any permission required for that use. Existing authorship and other non-transferable rights remain respected to the extent required by law.

Third-party software and materials

Loop uses third-party software, components and services. Their respective copyright notices, licences and applicable terms continue to govern those materials. The platform’s reservation of rights does not override third-party permissions or attribution obligations. Third-party names, logos and content remain subject to their owners’ rights; their appearance does not imply sponsorship or endorsement.

Names, logos and brand references

Bright Star Traders, Vibe&Craft and Loop are used to identify this business and its services. Do not present yourself, another service or a product as officially operated, sponsored or endorsed by the business without authorization. Ordinary truthful references and other legally permitted uses remain allowed. Copyright and trademark rights are distinct; this notice makes no claim that a name or logo is a registered trademark.

Permission and licensing requests

For permission to reuse platform materials, contact info-loop@vibeandcraft.com with the material or URL, the intended use, audience, distribution channel, territory and proposed duration. Identify any requested changes and commercial use. Permission is limited to what the relevant rights holder expressly grants; silence does not grant permission. The operator cannot license rights that belong to another member or a third party.

Reporting a copyright concern

If you believe material on Loop infringes rights you own or are authorized to represent, email info-loop@vibeandcraft.com with the subject “Copyright concern”. Identify the protected work, provide the specific Loop or contribution URLs and explain the claimed infringement. Include your name, a working contact address, your relationship to the rights holder, and a statement that you believe in good faith that the use is unauthorized by the rights holder, its agent or applicable law and that the information supplied is accurate.

Provide enough information to locate and assess the material. We may request evidence of ownership or authority and further information required by applicable law. Do not include passwords, payment details or unnecessary identity documents. A copyright concern is assessed as a rights complaint; a bare allegation does not automatically establish infringement.

Assessment, response and review

Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, we may seek clarification, restrict access while assessing a concern, remove material or take action on repeated substantiated infringement. Where appropriate and legally permitted, we may notify the submitting member and give them an opportunity to explain authorization, ownership or a legal exception. Contact support with the relevant notice or URL to request review of an error.

We may share information reasonably necessary to address a concern with the affected party, advisers or competent authorities, subject to the Privacy Notice and applicable law. Do not submit knowingly false or misleading claims. This support process does not replace a court or competent authority or determine a binding legal outcome.

Applicable law and related policies

This notice operates alongside the Terms of Service, Privacy Notice and Community Guidelines. Copyright questions are assessed under the applicable law, including Pakistan’s Copyright Ordinance, 1962, as amended where applicable. Mandatory rights, legal exceptions and any competent authority’s directions take precedence. The notice does not create rights that the law does not recognize or transfer ownership by itself.
